Managing Director

Experience:
With 17 years of experience running bbp, there aren’t many marketing challenges Pete hasn’t help to solve. Pete’s focus is to maximise ROI for clients by delivering insightful marketing with a hands-on approach.

Likes:
Passionate about family, friends and, of course, bbp.

Is often found:
When not being kept busy by his twin boys, Peter can be found cycling up a hill somewhere in London (or running down it).

Gavin Wilkins

Head of Finance

Experience:
Gavin is an accomplished finance professional and has been with bbp since 2010. With a wealth of knowledge gained through public and private sector finance, he brings experience and direction to the team.

Likes:
Keeping fit, travelling, live music events, live sporting events, aviation, supporting animal rescue charities (he’s currently adopted 5 donkeys!).

Is often found:
When not busy number-crunching, Gavin can usually be found walking his Jack Russell Terriers, at the gym, a gig, an air show or at The Den supporting his beloved Millwall FC.

Oceane Malige

Senior Account Manager

Experience:
Originally from the South of France, Océane has studied business in Sydney and Paris to obtain a Masters in Luxury Management with Honours. Before moving agency side, Océane worked for prestigious luxury brands, sharpening her sense of detail and developing her appreciation for exceptional quality. With great business acumen, she always strives to deliver high quality work that has an impact commercially and in terms of marketing results.

Likes:
Cooking for friends and family, travelling and discovering new cultures, dishes and (alcoholic) beverages. Healthy food, psychology and philosophy chats and books (modestly).

Is often found:
With a glass of wine, in a kitchen or where the sun shines.

Sophie Peck

Account Manager

Experience:
Sophie studied Media Practice and Theory at Sussex University before moving to the big smoke, where she has spent the last 5 years paving her way in the advertising industry. Before joining bbp, Sophie worked in Account Management at Ogilvy for 3 ½ years on Ford’s account. So, if you need to know anything about cars, she’s your girl!

Likes:
Travelling, laughter, blue skies, a tan, food (all types), wine (all colours).

Is often found:
Covered in glitter at music festivals, spending time with friends, planning her next holiday in the sun, in the gym attempting to run off all the different types of food and wine!

Clint Lovell

Executive Creative Director

Experience:
Clint has over 16 years’ experience as a creative in London’s adland, working at a variety of agencies including Gyro and VCCP before joining bbp as Creative Director in 2014. Clint’s passion is for creating ideas that will resonate and be remembered by people; wherever they are, whatever they are doing. He believes that to be relevant in today’s world, brands must do things – not just say things.

Likes:
Clint loves running, although his body is still getting used to the idea.

Is often found:
Clint can mostly be found peddling his well-worn orange Brompton through the streets of London.

Fliss Bennett

Art Director

Experience:
Fliss has over 6 years of creative industry experience. She started out as a graphic designer and is now bbp’s art director, managing the graphic design team. The quote from Maya Angelou that inspires her work is: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”.

Likes:
Country walks, buying house plants for her evergrowing jungle, glitter, unicorns, festivals, gin, family, animal memes, crisps!

Is often found:
Getting the agency involved in grueling muddy obstacle courses, or getting lost walking in the countryside on her way to a country pub.

Crystal Nunn

Graphic designer

Experience:
Crystal has worked both agency-side and client-side for a host of blue chip clients, smaller start-ups and charities. She specialised in digital with a bit of social, illustration and print thrown in for good measure.

Doodling weird characters, riding motorbikes, hugging her doggos.

Is often found:
Riding a ridiculously small motorbike through the lanes of Surrey, Kent and Sussex.

With experience working for an array of clients across various sectors, Jack’s goal remains constant – to develop and execute design that truly solves business challenges.

Martin Nicholas

Senior Copywriter

Experience:
Martin started as a copywriter at Groupon in Sydney, then freelanced for a year or two before joining a fast-growing agency there. When he came back to the UK in 2017, he worked at Virgin Media Business, before making the move to bbp.

Katy Roe

Account Executive

Experience:
Katy previously worked as part of an in-house marketing department for a top 10 UK accountancy firm. Then, after two years in bbp’s Client Services team, Katy decided to jump the fence to pursue her passion for writing as a copywriter.

Likes:
Sausage dogs, snacking, coffee, hockey and attempting various new dance classes.

Is often found:
Hunting down the best coffee spots in the big city.

Non-Executive Director

Experience:
David has run his own agencies as Executive Creative Director and worked across the line on a mix of industry sectors, including sport, drinks, pharma and financial. He has high-level experience of brand creation and strategy for customer engagement.

Jo Law

Traffic Manager

Experience:
Having graduated from Leeds Uni with a Masters in Product Design, Jo worked in a rapid prototyping agency before discovered her talents lay more with project and resource management. So, having moved to JKR as a creative services assistant, she developed skills in resource management, art buying and absorbing as much knowledge as possible, before moving to bbp four years later to find a place in the advertising and tech world.

Country walks that end in a pub, playing Tetris with the schedule, unicorns and anything glittery!

Is often found:
Trying to find a dog to steal for the day, or in Devon on the beach.
