Launching a smart sanctuary for sleep strugglers

When we met Kokoon, it was a small team with a great idea for sleep-sensing headphones.

We encouraged the client not to position the product as a lifestyle enhancer and instead focus on sleep.

Sleep is a sensitive issue. We couldn’t promise a perfect night’s rest. Instead, we had to convey that Kokoon could create the conditions for better sleep.

We devised the creative platform ‘Your place to pause’.

The platform helped to reinforce the idea that Kokoon is a smart sanctuary away from the world where people can drift off to a better night’s rest.

We created a comprehensive brand book for Kokoon with all the tools needed to launch the new brand, including look and feel, tone of voice, elevator pitch and image guidelines.

Now we’re preparing to help Kokoon take the product to the world.
