Overview

Virtual Recruitment Days are a brand on a mission. Founded by Rob Fernandes, an NHS trauma nurse of 20 years, they have created a virtual recruitment platform that is set to save the NHS and large corporates millions in global recruitment fees.

We were asked to help craft the narrative for the brand and roll out a new look and feel for all the launch assets.

Strategy

Recruitment has remained unchanged for decades. So much money is wasted on physical recruitment via fairs, global travel and long hours spent sifting through CVs.

Virtual Recruitment Days is an online platform that transforms this laborious physical recruitment process into an ultra-efficient virtual experience. We wanted to demonstrate how this platform was about to turn old recruitment practices on their head.

Idea

Our creative platform ‘Tomorrow’s recruitment is virtual’ positions Virtual Recruitment Days as the future answer for the global recruitment needs of large organisations. We distilled the brand story into elevator pitches aimed at the health, corporate and education markets.

Activation

Everything we’ve produced for the business is aimed at driving awareness with the different audience groups and encouraging investment for the next stage in funding. We have revamped the website and have recently created a pitch deck and assets to promote the idea at a global start-up conference in Lisbon. With more customer events to follow this year, the future is looking very exciting and very virtual.
